Leading with Resilience: "Civic Engagement"

This solution-driven course empowers high school juniors to identify a need and take action through civic engagement. Students will work collaboratively to research, plan, and execute a support-based or awareness event centered around a chosen cause affecting youth within the community. 

From idea to impact, students will learn what it means to lead with purpose, create change, and build movements. Along the way, students will develop leadership, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills while managing a real budget.

This hands-on experience is designed not only to enhance resumes and college applications, but also to educate and inspire youth to take on leadership roles within the community.
